Just ASSC Ventures Ltd is the investment and strategic arm of the Just ASSC group, focused on acquiring, repositioning, and managing property assets across the UK.
The business was established by Charlie Walker, alongside his brother and investment partner, as part of the wider Just ASSC group—bringing together operational experience and dedicated investment capital to pursue value-add property opportunities.
With roots on the edge of the Peak District near Lyme Park, Charlie developed a deep understanding of both location-driven demand and the fundamentals that underpin strong property performance. Years of exploring the surrounding regions—including the Lake District—provided early insight into how property can serve both lifestyle and commercial needs.
The group originally began operating within the short-term accommodation sector, striving to deliver high-quality stays in sought-after locations. This hands-on experience created a strong operational foundation and a clear understanding of how to maximise income from property.
Building on this, the business has evolved into a broader investment-led model.
